Check MARK's  Home Inspection Service Package includes a comprehensive report, covering everything from  the ground to the roof.  The report details will provide you with the knowledge to support your next move.

Additionally, Check MARK offers specialty services.  Do you have concerns about the pool, or perhaps the irrigation system, but you're not ready to buy or sell?  Check MARK has you covered.  Check MARK offers several specialty services to accommodate your needs.

Are you in the process of signing up for a new homeowner's insurance policy, or taking an equity loan?  If so, you may be required to have a 4 point inspection performed, prior to completing your business objectives.  Underwriters will sometimes require a 4 point inspection to ensure they are providing the correct premium for your new policy.  Furthermore, lenders will sometimes require a 4 point inspection to ensure they're lending in accordance with collateral equal to, or less than the value of your loan.
